The artist impressions are examples that create an impression of the layout and finishing of the villa. No rights can be derived from the artist impressions, computer images, the drawings and all other information in the brochure. The drawings of the plan and the technical description which support these give the description of reality in detail. Slight differences in size can occur.

Limitation of liability.

The services, materials and information on the web site are provided on an "as is" basis and "caveat emptor" (buyer beware) basis. El Pueblo Bonaire makes no warranty or representation of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, or otherwise including without limitation, any implied warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness and expectation of or non-infringement of privacy.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall El Pueblo Bonaire, its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that arise from the use of, or the inability to use any materials on this site. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by El Pueblo Bonaire, at any time without notice.

You agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless El Pueblo Bonaire, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site, or your violation or alleged violation of the terms of this agreement.

Other

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands Antilles without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
