The Villas

All villas at El Pueblo share a beautiful, spacious and wide design. The latter, in combination with the positioning of the villas on the lots, guarantees a maximum benefit of the cool Caribbean trade winds, as well as ensuring each villa's privacy. The beautiful wall around each lot adds to this privacy. The entire terrain of El Pueblo (except for the steep seaside) will be surrounded by a natural cactus fence. A fence like this is impenetrable. The terrain can be entered through the main entrance only: a very safe idea!  

A cactus fence offers more advantages than privacy alone. This natural barrier is fairly maintenance free, does not need watering and at the same time supports Bonaires fragile ecosystem. Local birds and bats nestle in the cacti; the bats are important insect eaters.

All 27 villas will offer a guaranteed unobstructed view of the ocean due to their individual positioning, as well as to the differences in height of the terrain! Furthermore, each villa will have a lighted swimming pool with sundeck, directly adjacent to the porch. Enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea during daytime or watch the stars by (tropical) night!

The villas will be fully furnished with a complete inventory. All furniture will be of outstanding quality, tasteful, luxurious, comfortable and fitting the Mexican style. The kitchen is equipped with quality brand name appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven combination. The laundry room will include a washing machine. Also linens, plates, silverware, etc. are included.   Turnkey at its best!
