Adobe Model

 Villas of the Adobe model (16) will be built in the first phase. The majority of these villas are right in the first seaside row. The Adobe model features two bedrooms with walk-through closet, two bathrooms, a living room with open kitchen, study / 3rd bedroom, laundry room, large covered porch and beautiful roof terrace. An Adobe villa has a total living area (inside-and out) of ± 3,010 ft² (280 m²). 

On the first sea side row, 11 villas will be constructed and 5 more villas behind these. Each villa is set up spaciously with direct access to a large, mainly covered, porch and a beautiful swimming pool. To read more about the pool with a chlorinator please click here.

There is a large roof terrace which offers a 360° unobstructed view. It can be reached by stairs which lead directly from the porch to the roof terrace.
