Additional cost for the buyer

The following costs will be paid by the buyer:

- notary costs
- transfer tax and other so called buyers’ costs
- turnover tax over the contracting sum
- installation costs and deposit for cable television
- installation costs and deposit for telephone
- deposit for water and electricity (WEB)
